Abstract: This paper discusses on the Internet evolution in the early 90s from Web 1.0 to Web 2.0 and also towards the future of Web 3.0 that enhances collaborative intelligence moving from Education 1.0 to Education 2.0. Collaborative intelligence is a measure of the collaborative ability of a group or entity with the used of Web technology through messaging (asynchronous and synchronous messaging such as on-line chat, email, etc.) and stigmergy (such as Wiki and social evolutionary computation).
