Abstract: This paper describes how to create an innovative learning (iLearning) organization and support it with technology. It begins with an example of iLearning, followed by a description of the underlying performance objectives of knowledge work, and the cognitive needs of learners in an organization. It concludes by summarizing three Software Learning Platforms (SLPs) -- Sharepoint, Moodle, and .NetNuke -- for supporting iLearning in an organization.
