Abstract: The power of Web technologies has opened new potentiality for learning. The purpose of this paper is to explore learners’ perceptions of Openness in the process of learning English as a Foreign Language at a university level. An Open EFL instruction was designed and implemented, which integrated a podcast and a wiki so as to open the learning environment.
