Abstract: A campus management system provides an integrated instrument for the university's administrative as well as academic processes throughout all departments and institutions – conjoining so far separate parts (each marked by its previous IT system) in students, lecturers and staffs daily life: planning and administration of course offers, registration for attendance and communication with participants, content delivery and e-learning materials, curriculum support and realtime status of credit points, automatic generation of transcript of records and exchange, incoming and outgoing study programs.
