Abstract: This presentation will describe a new research project that will analyze the relationships of media type, task type, and learner engagement with media on learners’ critical thinking skills, in a tutorial designed to teach learners to write an art critique. The goal of the research is to gain knowledge that will help designers choose appropriate media for the learning task.
