Abstract: This paper discuss the findings of a study conducted on international exchange learning using the CollabTest system between universities in Japan and United States of America. The study has been conducted and evaluated based on three main areas – the usability of CollabTest, the student’s motivation on the exchange learning by using the system and the learning objectives achieved based on the Bloom’s Taxonomy. This study explores the potential of CollabTest for international exchange learning and the findings argue that CollabTest has provided a platform which managed to conduct the international exchange learning effectively.
