Abstract: Over the past decade, college graduates with degrees in information systems (IS), have lacked proper soft skills and faced difficulties with job placement (Fang & Lee, 2005; Sandvig et al., 2005). Revisions of university curricula for information system (IS) departments have been requested to meet changes and produce more qualified applicants; yet a skill gap still exists (Maier et al., 1998; Kim, 1998; Lee et al, 1995).
