Abstract: This paper is a report on a study conducted to investigate and identify the main factors affecting students’ acceptance of e learning in Bahrain Secondary schools. An extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was developed to identify the underlying factors that influence students’ intention to use an e learning system. Data was collected from 926 students through questionnaires distributed to eight secondary schools in Kingdom of Bahrain. Regression analysis was used to explore relationships among research variables and to test the research hypotheses. Results showed that students’ attitudes and enjoyment are the most critical factors influencing students’ adoption of the e-learning system.
