Abstract: Abstract: This study is a synthesis of a research project including survey questions related to the structure and effectiveness of online graduate courses as well as the students’ motivation and expertise of the instructor. From the statistical analysis, the frequencies indicated positive online experiences for nearly all survey participants. The bivariate correlation analysis found no significant relationships between most survey items and age, gender, grade level, or the number of previous online courses, indicating that all groups had successful experiences regardless of these four variables.
