Abstract: Increasing access to learning resources makes learning more relevant and effective for employees. By 2014, the mobile internet is expected to take over desktop internet usage. Therefore, there will be a need to develop more mobile enabled learning solutions, especially since the use of mobile devices in organizations continues to increase daily.
