Abstract: In recent years, several educational applications have been developed that have shown the touch-screen technology to good advantage. In this paper the advantages of using tablet PC platform in the educational process domain are discussed and demonstrated on an example of digital circuit design and real-time simulation system - ChronicLogic. In the system the stylus and touch-screen technology was used mainly to develop the panel for handwritten gestures recognition dedicated to circuit elements selection.
