Abstract: The American College of Education (ACE) offers affordable graduate degree programs for educators, including teachers. These are grounded in fundamentals of teaching across curriculum and grade levels. Foci upon essential tools that can be implemented while working in the classroom environment are the presented to the graduate learner. ACE takes a very “hands-on approach” to their graduate degree programs. The skills that are presented allow teachers in the classroom environment a first-hand opportunity to implement strategies while teaching and learning. This session will discuss and demonstrate ACE’s online teaching strategies and techniques to present curriculum. Issues that arise and solutions will be discussed as well. ACE is well grounded in their instructional delivery and the support given to faculty as well as communicating via the “faculty commons” paired with monthly department meetings. ACE will continue to offer just in time, relevant and rigorous graduate experiences to meet teachers’ needs.
