Abstract: This session will focus on promising practices to help teachers teach diverse students as they learn in online and blended environments. The topics will be based on national standards and promising practices which insure students become active and empowered. Topics will include successful programs, teaching strategies and activities related to access and equity, students with special needs, at-risk, gender, English language learners, religion, students from diverse backgrounds and recruitment.
