Abstract: The purpose of this research is to construct a mathematical model for predicting the adoption of E-learning in Higher Education Institutions. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was adopted as a grounded theory. However, UTAUT emphasizes only the “technological motivation”, whereas E-learning has two aspects to its definition; ‘E’ (referred to technology) and ‘learning’ (referring to learning environment).
