Abstract: The successful design, development and delivery of high quality online education requires a coordinated agile effort from cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, instructional design consultants, and IT support professionals. To best facilitate agile and efficient collaboration and communication, our teams utilize an enterprise social networking (ESN) tool. The ESN tool provides our project teams with an edge for continuous communication, collaboration and feedback in order to complete instructional projects and helps to reduce team blind spots, and miscommunication.
