Abstract: Abstract: Health care education has noted an increased utilization of advanced simulation technology. With the development of improved human patient simulators with capabilities to replicate human medical conditions and afford credible patient communication, high-fidelity simulation learning experiences are increasing in use. High-fidelity simulation learning experiences are developed to provide students with practice in a technology-enabled learning environment resembling real-world situations as a means to promote critical thinking and decision-making. Critical thinking has been much acclaimed as a necessary skill for students graduating from higher education and integrating into the workforce, and is especially significant in nursing education and practice.
