Abstract: We developed a Web-based Learning Management System (LMS) in cooperation with the United Nations Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP). Operation was commenced in November 2011 with government statisticians from various countries in Asia and the Pacific. Four classes were given on the System of National Accounts (SNA) between November 2011 and August 2013, and 202 trainees participated from 32 countries in Asia and the Pacific.
