Abstract: This paper describes two teachers’ collaborative experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) based on a multiliteracies approach. To examine the potential of such an approach in EFL learning and teaching, the authors designed, developed and implemented a computer-assisted multiliteracies program (CaMP), through which two EFL classes from Iran and South Korea each were connected in an online learning environment. This paper discusses a number of challenges in each stage of collaborative teaching of the CaMP and offers suggestions for better collaboration between teachers who attempt to implement such pedagogical efforts in their classrooms are discussed.
