For learning, there are various ways to communicate to each other. Online social network is one that widely used based on Web 2.0 technology. Instructors and Students can communicate to each other or form a community group by using online social network. Most of Thai students also use online social network. This paper aims to propose online social network instructional model (OSNI model) for students in Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand. How should the instructor use online social network for learning? It was found that there are 6 components of OSNI model: learning objectives and activities, instructor roles, student roles, communication via online social network, learning resources and assessment with 3 stages of OSNI model process: preparation stage, learning stage and summarize stage.
