Abstract: For informatics gifted elementary school students, programming education is necessary for enhancing high-level mental abilities such as creativity, problem solving, and logical thinking. The purpose of this study was to suggest a programming education plan that utilize the program ‘Scratch', which is the program of MIT to enable the easy learning of programming while excluding difficulties in the process of learning programming languages. Along with programming education, this study will contribute to the enhancement of creativity, problem solving, and logical thinking in informatics gifted elementary school students.
