Abstract: Online courses provide the flexibility to take courses around one's personal and professional schedules. While these courses are said to be anytime and anywhere, online instruction is limited to a traditional computing device such as a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile technologies provide the ability to truly take a course anywhere when there is an available connection of either WiFi or a data plan.
