Abstract: In this article we present an educational research aimed to improve the academic performance from engineering students’ in courses intervened by Information and Communications Technology (ICT) through learning instructional design, by applying a systemic approach that integrates various tests in which variables are modified and analyzed the impact on approval rates in computer workshop courses.
