Abstract: Under the proposition that the learning is to transfer the knowledge resources in the outside of learner into the inside of learner such as his/her brain or notes, we discuss a learning support functionality. In the learning process, we can observe two different learning activities; to perform the learning process; and to acquire/understand knowledge. At least, though they are different they are mutually dependent: when they are cooperated with their effective ratios, it is a best learning activity for learner. We discuss such two learning support activities under the concept of cognitive load, and make the consistency between our knowledge transfer scheme as the knowledge transfer model, and 3 kinds of cognitive loads such as intrinsic load, extraneous load and germane load.
