Abstract: A diverse group of teachers at Colégio Rio Branco in Sao Paulo Brazil have been participating in an online teacher education program offered by Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland since 2014. This program is designed using an authentic e-learning pedagogy and a progressive inquiry framework to develop the professional identity of the participant teachers. During the program the participants have developed their knowledge and understanding of learning theory, assessment and the appropriate use of educational technology. The program develops the abilities of participants to utilize educational technology in their classroom practice using a sound pedagogical framework for implementation. This paper provides a number of case study examples of these Ed-Tech implementations in a wide variety of contexts. The cases will use the authentic voice of the participants to reflect on their experiences implementing new technologies.
