Abstract: There is a need to study the functionalities, pedagogical designs for learning, and barriers to the integration of iPads to support teachers, school leaders, parents, and other stakeholders. This paper systematically reviews existing literature on the use of iPads in classrooms. 17 peer-reviewed articles were included for analysis. The PRISMA checklist was used as a matrix when selecting topics, themes, patterns, and relations among the articles.
