Abstract: The development and delivery of eLearning courses is a complex process. This virtual brief paper employs an action research lens in order to analyze best practices while tracing the journey--successes and challenges--of two faculty members charged with moving traditional face-to-face graduate-level Education courses to online formats. The result is a robust agenda for further research.
