Share Paper: EdCamp: A Model for Dynamic Professional Development

Abstract: This study examines the dynamic process of a professional development model known as EdCamp. Data sources for this study span across 4 EdCamps conducted over two years, two at a large teacher summit with over 500 participants and two conducted at school districts with primarily teachers from each school district. Study results show a wide span of topics generated for discussion represented just-in-time contemporary issues in the lives of teachers today.
