Abstract: The significant increase of learning technologies available in K-12 classrooms is becoming a reality in many American school systems. The availability of devices and software applications for teaching and learning purposes provide new opportunities to deliver relevant content to students, however, implementing effective and flexible professional development opportunities is a key element for updating educators with the necessary skills to effectively utilize learning technologies in classrooms.
