Abstract: We will share best practices of how we used technology to redesign a community health internship experience of online learners based upon the updated competency-based criteria delineated by the Council on Education of Public Health (CEPH) for accreditation of an online Master in Public Health (MPH) program. Our approach used several technology tools and faculty coaching that significantly decreased time to graduation by several months and decreased incomplete grades in the internship course by 67%.
