Abstract: At a small college in Quebec Canada, serving the English-speaking community, not much was known about Information and Communications Technology (ITC) use among our students. Heritage College took the initiative to collect data on ICT use and knowledge among its students and its impact on information-seeking behaviour. Our goal was to examine the “digital divide” which according to research resides not only between generations, but within them.
