Abstract: This paper presents multiple theoretical frameworks in teaching project-based courses related to student outcomes, using Appreciative Inquiry with coaching. The goal of the Service, Teaching, and Research (STaR) collaborative journeys is to uncover fellow faculty members’ sustainable passion projects through shared course learning outcomes. Questions are included to facilitate further conversations.
