Abstract: For over two decades we have touted the goal of easy access to computer technology for effective learning and for classroom management. Thus the question: "Are we there yet?" With the expected answer of "not yet," four graduate education students and the graduate program director attempted to answer the next question: "Where are we?" From the data collected and from observations the reseachers have attempted to present a composite picture of where we are with teacher and student use of computers in parochial and private schools in northeastern Ohio.
