Abstract: In Australia, the New South Wales Department of Education and Training will be giving all students and teachers in public schools e-learning accounts. The e-learning accounts will give filtered access to the Internet including personalised email for students and teachers, web facilities for both schools and individuals, discussion groups for students, through any computer with the Internet.
