Abstract: The intent of the BRIDGE is to meet the needs of beginning teachers in the induction process. By focusing on the establishment of a statewide system that will support the pre-service and induction teacher in designing, implementing, and assessing teacher-facilitated and learner-focused classrooms, more teachers will experience success in the classroom.
