Abstract: The EE-PALS Project seeks to virtually connect teachers and students in Russia with their counterparts in the United States. The purpose is to determine if email exchanges and joint technology projects will enable students and teachers to broaden their global perspective as well as improve their problem solving and technology skills. All aspects of mounting and building such a project, as well as early results gleaned from data, will be discussed.
