Where ELSE?: Crossing the Form-Content Divide

Abstract: This paper describes a newly developed, interactive online program central to a new teacher education credentialing process in the province of Ontario, Canada. We describe Ethical and Legal Studies in Education (ELSE) , emphasizing three design principals foundational to an educational technology which refuses the form-content divide and develops new approaches to online education in which curriculum, pedagogy, content and form converge.
