Abstract: This roundtable discussion is intended to present some ongoing research into an action research fellowship model at a Mid-Atlantic teacher education college. The model’s effectiveness is being measured by means of site visits made by faculty mentors to graduate fellows’ schools, email conversations, and a follow-up survey. The purpose of the roundtable discussion is to share preliminary data and to solicit comments about the methods used to measure the effectiveness of the action research fellowship program.
