Abstract: Abstract: This paper reports on ongoing work in supporting teachers with the construction and execution of their queries when searching online with Google’s search engine. By means of designing and developing a new feature called ‘Teach Me Google Language!’. This feature was embedded in our first research prototype for ‘PoSTech’ (Personalised Search Tool for Teachers). With this feature teachers could successfully construct a single query in Google’s language (machine code) by completing six easy steps, including typing in their search keywords or ‘pedagogical expressions’.
