Abstract: During the Fall 2007 semester, a group of students in the Elementary Education program at the University of Texas – Pan American enrolled in a supervised internship seminar. In this course, students were required to conduct weekly observations of specific aspects of the teaching/learning process, reflect on their classroom observations, share their observations through online discussions, and provide support for one another in an online student teacher support group.
