Abstract: One of the initiatives of the Institute for Library and Information Literacy Education (ILILE) is to work with Academic Librarians and Colleges of Education to promote the inclusion of information literacy into teacher education. Through a grant project, 13 institutions in Ohio developed information literacy instructional modules. We have incorporated this information and additional work at our institution to develop a model for the delivery of information literacy to teacher education candidates. The model and the instructional units will be shared in this presentation.
