Abstract: This presentation will describe a faculty driven model for coordinating online graduate instruction at Marshall University. First, the Online Faculty Coordinator position will be described. Secondly, Online Faculty Coordinator responsibilities which enhance faculty development and training will be discussed. Finally, continuing challenges and lessons learned will be presented.
