Abstract: The BRIDGE (www.teachersbridge.org) is an online resource and learning community for teachers that provides and avenue for sharing of teacher expertise and experiences. Teachers submit resources (either teacher generated or teacher suggested) that are peer-reviewed and act as an illumination of The Georgia Framework for Teaching. The learning communities support the Critical Friends Group professional learning community model that utilizes norms, facilitators, and conversation protocol to examine teacher work. This paper focuses on the principles underlying the BRIDGE’s purpose and design, the primary features of the BRIDGE, and how the BRIDGE is used to support educators at all career levels.
