Abstract: This case study aims to determine business students’ perception of online collaboration pre/post a computer-assisted collaboration assignment. 15 students were randomly grouped and told to use computer-assisted-collaborative tool on Blackboard (Bb). Data was gathered through two face-to-face standardized interviews. Results showed that prior to working on the collaborative tool on Bb, students held that they were confident and comfortable in using Bb. Few were confident or comfortable using computer-assisted collaboration. Following their assigned work, students’ perception changed.
