Abstract: Abstract: “The Personal Web” is an aggregate, holistic term referring to both a broad collection of new web-based tools and an emerging perspective about the internet and its uses. Many of the individual technologies that make up The Personal Web already exist, especially in the lives of students; however, this emerging technology is considered emergent mostly because of social and policy issues. This paper defines what The Personal Web is and addresses how it can be integrated and used effectively in modern schools.
