Share Paper: A Mobile English Language Learning System (MELLS) for Namibian Teachers

Abstract: The Mobile English Language Learning System (MELLS) is a pilot project that will be developed to provide Namibian teachers with a way of gaining English language listening and speaking fluency by using their cell phones. The project will be an add-on to a large program funded by the Ministry of Education to upgrade the English language proficiency of Namibia’s 20,000 teachers.
