Abstract: Nowadays it is very important for language teachers to have knowledge of computer technologies and a positive attitude towards them. The purpose of the present research is to investigate in-service EFL teachers’ level of knowledge and use of ICT, their attitudes towards integrating ICTs into instruction, and the relationship between teachers’ attitudes and independent variables such as gender, years of experience in teaching and previous participation in ICT courses.
