Abstract: It was not that long ago, in Georgia and in other states, that integrating technology into the classroom was the highest priority for educators. We now see more discussion in the direction of future technology globalization for teachers and teacher educators. In a recent report, The Horizon Report: 2009 K-12 Edition seeks to identify and describe emerging technologies. These interesting notes may not be as exciting as we would first like to think.
