Abstract: The roundtable is an interactive engagement of participants to design an experience, which addresses pedagogy and practices that should be inherent in a culturally and educationally responsive pedagogy course using technology. The following questions are address: a) How can a hybrid (technology based with minimum face to face contact) multicultural course affect the attitudes of teachers?; b) How can a hybrid multicultural course of study enhance teachers’ multicultural perspective?; c)What approaches are implemented in a hybrid multicultural course that will help teachers take ownership of their role as long-term social justice change agents?
