Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet technology, yesterday’s “read-only” Web 1.0 has been promoted to the second generation that users can do more than just reading information on the web. Web 2.0 technologies allow “read and write” activities that could facilitate collaboration, creating and sharing information among users on the web.
