Abstract: In Summer 2010, twelve high school rising juniors and seniors took part in Year 1 of the Cincy STEM Fellows program and took two courses for dual (college and high school) credit. Daily over a 3.5 week period, students took the technology integration course “Computer Tools for Teachers” in the mornings and “Chemistry in Today’s Society” in the afternoons. With the intention of connecting content with technology integration, the authors designed a multidisciplinary project in which the students created multimedia blogs with the purpose of teaching chemistry concepts through the documentation of their experiments.
